the breakfast was a good selection.

The area around the hotel felt unsafe at night. I worried about going out. there was also mold on the walls and the white curtains. the tv had no english channels, and the netflix button on the remote did not work.

The location worked well, as it was close to the Brussels North train station. I connected to many places easily from there. The staff were quite helpful and the room was clean (I loved how big it was).

I found the WiFi connection in the room to be poor. Shelves under the sink need some fixing.

amazing stay near brussels noord!

I loved how close the hotel was to the main train station, brussels noord! it made getting around so easy. the family room was HUGE. It had two rooms, a fridge, and air con. it was super tidy!!!

The check-out time was at 11 am. I wasn't aware and no one mentioned it. the beds weren't comfortable at all, a bit of a bummer.

the room was clean and spacious enough for one person. i appreciated the bathtub available in my room. i was allowed an early check-in since i arrived in the morning. its location between the grand palace and north station suited my travel plans.

i noticed hairs on the bedsheets when i checked in. the phone in the room was not working either. this made it impossible to contact reception to report the issue.

The staff offered helpful assistance . They answered all my questions and gave directions. free luggage storage was available, and i used this to store my bags after checkout until my train departed.
